250ml milk

100g / handful of blueberries (frozen)

1 to 2 bananas (depending on how big and how many you have to hand!)

2 to 4 tbsp of natural yoghurt

1 tbsp of Castelete’s raw honey

1 heaped tbsp ground flaxseed / linseed (optional)

 

METHOD

First, pour the milk into your blender and then drop in the frozen fruit (this helps soften the fruit).  Chop up your banana and pop in, followed by the yoghurt and honey. Blend until completely smooth (you may need to pulse your blender to get the fruit well and try mixed in).  Pour into your glass and mix in the ground flaxseed / linseed for an extra hearty smoothie.
