This porridge gives you super powers. With added flaxseeds and chia seeds, it boosts energy, fibre and protein. Both oats and flaxseeds are beneficial to promote healthy gut bacteria too and… it tastes awesome!

Ingredients

40g oats
1 tsp flaxseed (whole or ground)
1 tsp chia seeds
120ml milk (we love oat milk with this) or a mix of water and milk
1 small banana
1 tbsp (generous amount!) of peanut butter
1 tsp of Castelete’s chocolate honey

Method:

Add the oats, flaxseeds and chia seeds to a pan, then pour the milk (or milk & water), simmer until oats and seeds are nicely cooked (a few minutes). Pop mixture into a bowl, sliced banana and peanut butter on top. Then drizzle over the chocolate honey! Blinking sensational.
