This light, zesty honey is a delight and this particular batch has a special story.  Mike was asked to rescue a swarm from a bush outside the house in a busy residential area.  It was a small swarm and one that we did not expect to take any honey from as we only take surplus honey, always ensuring we leave plenty for the bees.

The queen, however, has been so busy building an enormous beehive, it has been one of our most productive hives in summer 2019.
