Our recipe is based on traditional jam-making techniques, but it uses no sugar. It creates an intense berry flavour which shines through in every mouthful. A decadent chilled jam, it will delight fruity jam-lovers. Keep in the fridge and enjoy for a few months (if it lasts that long).
Spread it on freshly baked scones. Stir it into warm porridge. Dollop on natural yoghurt.
