As with all our fruity honey-jams, this uses only the finest honey (no sugar), as well as homemade apple pectin. We think it brings out the beautiful rhubarbness. And made with fresh ginger it has an extra kick. Inspired by Kelly’s Great Aunty Bridget, who kept the family stocked up with a jar of homemade rhubarb jam, this is perfect with Irish soda bread, or cheese scones.
A chilled jam, keep in the fridge and enjoy for a few months (if it lasts that long).
