Honey & pistachio “icecream”

Gingerbread cake

Made with wholemeal spelt flour (don’t tell the kids, they’ll never know), our raw honey and a little unrefined muscavado sugar, serve it up warm with a dollop of cream or yoghurt. Recipe coming soon.
